I've been growing a body of work about numinous experience. Here's a piece I made just for you, a kind of gateway piece to the work that I'm making now.

Put your hand on my hand and think of your wish.

Take strong, long slow breaths. Send your soul, reaching from your heart into the earth, past the foundation of the building you're in, past the remains of ancient civilizations, tectonic plates, Jules Verne, down until you merge with the rich, red liquid magma.

Now stretch your soul out from your head and up, too, through the roof, through the sky, the clouds, past the moon, out into the stars. You're millions of miles tall, and still deep inside the earth. Feel happy and secure with each breath you take, nurtured by the stars you see around you and the earth. Feel deeply how you are one with these.

Think of your wish again. The universe wants this wish to come true for you. That's why you were made the way you are, so you could have this wish and it could be manifested. You're meant to have this desire to fuel you. Feel the universe supporting you, inside you, from the earth, and from the stars, everywhere, gently. You see the wish as reality now. You see what life is like after the wish is granted, see yourself in the new world you've created with this wish. You feel happy and relieved, grateful and amazed. You deserve this happiness and it is on the way now!

Gently allow yourself to flow back into your body, like a golden tape measurer slowly and gracefully coiling up inside itself. Breathe for a moment, relaxing in your new reality, the reality of your wish come true.

When you are ready, get up, walk away from the computer, and do just one thing today to bring you closer to your goal. You've already got your first foot through the gate now. Your actions are just follow-through.
